  3. REALIZE IF YOU ARE EATING FOR A PHYSICAL CRAVING OR AN EMOTIONAL CRAVING. IS YOUR STOMACH GROWLING, DO YOU HAVE A HEADACHE, DIFFICULTY CONCENTRATING? THOSE ARE A FEW PHYSICAL SIGNS OF HUNGER.

  4. THINK BEFORE YOU EAT. MAKE A CONSCIOUS DECISION WHETHER OR NOT YOU REALLY WANT FOOD.
